Scope
Inspects MIME structure locally. Base64 and Quoted-Printable are decoded for text previews. HTML remains inert source text. Pasted Unicode is not a byte-exact .eml file; encoded sizes count clipboard code units. Attachments are metadata only. Limits: 100 parts, depth 8, 1 MiB decoded per part / 2 MiB total, 12,000 preview characters per part / 64,000 total.
